Management Team

Keith E. Campbell M.D., Ph.D.
Chief Technology Officer

Keith has more than 15 years of experience in the field of medical informatics, and in software development. He is internationally known for his work in medical terminology development, and for his software products and software development capabilities. He has a PhD in medical informatics/computer science from Stanford University, and received his MD from the University of Southern California.

He completed residency training in internal medicine, and has cared for patients for 5 years at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center prior to leaving practice to focus exclusively on medical informatics. He has worked with and for large and small medical organizations and companies in a variety of areas including: developing a strategic technology road map, providing design and architecture reviews, developing software products that increase healthcare quality, and organizational productivity.

Prior to joining Informatics, Inc., he was the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer for Inoveon. His past experience also includes Assistant National Director of Informatics for Kaiser Permanente, and also has significant experience as an independent consultant.

 

Susan Castillo
President

Susan Castillo has more than two decades of diversified experience covering all phases of software development and project management from generating customer requirements to delivering on those requirements. Over ten years of executive management experience managing software development teams both large and small and managing complex software development projects.

Prior to forming Informatics, Inc., Susan was Vice President of Engineering at WhoWhere? and subsequently became Vice President of Personal and Communications products for Lycos after WhoWhere? was acquired by Lycos.

Susan has experience in negotiating contracts and managing successful vendor relationships and is focused on customer satisfaction and communication. Susan has a BS in Computer Science and extensive on the job training managing people, software development projects, developing and implementing processes that improve a organizational effectiveness and increases product quality.
